Description

This Vegan Almond Eggnog is creamy, spiced, and completely dairy-free. Perfect for a quick breakfast drink, cozy holiday gatherings, or anyone looking for an easy recipe with a healthy twist. It’s rich thanks to coconut cream, warmly spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg, and naturally sweetened with maple syrup. Whether you’re vegan or just curious, this is one of those food ideas that brings comfort and flavor together in a cup.

Ingredients

2 cups almond milk

1/3 cup coconut cream

3 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 pinch sea salt

optional: 2 ounces bourbon or dark rum

Instructions

1. Add almond milk, coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt to a blender.

2. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until fully smooth and frothy.

3. Taste and adjust spices or sweetness if desired.

4. Pour into a jar or bottle and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

5. Shake before serving and pour over ice or warm gently if preferred.

Notes

Letting the mixture chill overnight deepens the flavors.

Use canned coconut cream for the creamiest texture.

If serving warm, heat gently—don’t let it boil.
