Ingredients
6 cups Rice Chex cereal
1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
¼ cup cream cheese powder
Instructions
1. In a food processor or blender, pulse the freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder.
2. Mix the strawberry powder with powdered sugar and cream cheese powder in a medium bowl. Set aside.
3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and butter in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
4. Place the Rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl and pour the melted chocolate mixture over it. Gently fold to coat evenly.
5. Transfer the coated cereal to a large zip-top bag and add the strawberry-sugar mix. Seal and shake until all pieces are coated.
6. Spread the puppy chow onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool and set for about 10 minutes.
7. Store in an airtight container once cooled.
Notes
Use parchment paper to avoid sticking and messy cleanup.
For extra color, toss in pink or heart-shaped sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
Make sure cereal is fully coated with the sugar mix for best flavor and texture.
