Ingredients
36 Oreo cookies
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
12 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
4 ounces pink or red candy melts
Valentine’s sprinkles, optional
Instructions
1. Add Oreo cookies to a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
2. Add softened cream cheese to the crumbs and process until a smooth dough forms.
3. Roll the mixture into 24 evenly sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Chill the truffle balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
5. Melt the white chocolate wafers according to package directions.
6. Dip each truffle in melted white chocolate, coating fully, and let excess drip off.
7. Place dipped truffles back on the baking sheet and drizzle with melted pink or red candy melts.
8. Decorate with Valentine’s sprinkles before the coating sets.
9. Let truffles set completely before serving or storing.
Notes
Use regular Oreos, not double-stuffed, to avoid overly soft dough.
Let truffles warm slightly before dipping to prevent chocolate cracking.
Store in fridge or freezer in airtight container for best texture.
