Ingredients
3 cups white chocolate chips
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pink gel food coloring
Red gel food coloring
Heart sprinkles
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with nonstick spray.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth (about 1.5 to 2 minutes total).
3. Stir in vanilla extract. Divide the mixture into three bowls. Leave one plain, tint one pink, and one red.
4. Drop spoonfuls of each color randomly into the pan. Use a toothpick to swirl gently.
5. Sprinkle heart sprinkles over the top and press them lightly into the surface.
6. Refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
7. Once firm, lift from the pan and cut into heart shapes with a cookie cutter. Yields 12–14 pieces.
Notes
Make sure your food coloring is gel-based to prevent thinning the fudge.
You can substitute heart sprinkles with edible glitter or mini M&Ms.
Let the fudge come to room temperature for 10 minutes before cutting if too firm from the fridge.
