This easy dessert idea is perfect for summer parties, birthdays, or any time you’re craving something sweet. A great choice if you’re searching for quick desserts, berry-packed snacks, or eye-catching breakfast ideas!

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 1/4 cups granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

16 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups whipped topping, divided

1 cup freeze-dried strawberries

1 cup crushed golden Oreos

2 tablespoons melted butter

1/2 cup additional whipped cream for topping

12 fresh strawberries, halved

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×13 inch metal baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Mix melted butter and granulated sugar until glossy, then beat in eggs and vanilla.

3. Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir just until combined. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 20-22 minutes. Let cool completely.

4. Beat 8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over the cooled brownie layer and chill for 30 minutes.

5. Grind freeze-dried strawberries into powder. Beat remaining cream cheese, powdered sugar, and strawberry powder until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping gently. Spread on top of the cheesecake layer and chill.

6. Mix crushed golden Oreos with 2 tablespoons melted butter and remaining strawberry powder. Toast on a baking sheet at 300°F for 5-7 minutes. Cool, then sprinkle over the strawberry mousse.

7. Pipe whipped cream swirls and top each bar with half a strawberry. Chill until ready to serve.

Notes

Make sure each layer is chilled and firm before adding the next to maintain clean layers.

Use a metal pan for better brownie texture and even baking.

Always slice with a clean, hot knife for professional-looking bars.
