Ingredients

1 box brownie mix (for an 8x8 pan), plus ingredients listed on the box

1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

2 tablespoons heavy cream

1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, divided

8 Golden Oreos

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 tablespoon strawberry gelatin powder

2 tablespoons powdered freeze-dried strawberries (from above 1/2 cup)

Instructions

1. Prepare the brownie batter according to the box and bake in a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan. Let cool completely.

2. Melt 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons heavy cream until smooth.

3. Blend 2 tablespoons powdered freeze-dried strawberries into the white chocolate mixture.

4. Spread the strawberry white chocolate evenly over the cooled brownie layer.

5. In a food processor, pulse 8 Golden Oreos and the remaining freeze-dried strawberries until coarsely crushed.

6. Add 2 tablespoons melted butter and 1 tablespoon strawberry gelatin powder to the cookie mix. Toss to coat.

7. Sprinkle the crunch topping evenly over the strawberry white chocolate layer and gently press it in.

8. Chill the bars for at least 1 hour or until firm.

9. Lift using parchment, slice into 16 bars, and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Always let the brownie base cool completely before adding toppings.

Use a warm knife to slice for cleaner edges.

Keep refrigerated for best texture and storage.
