Description

These Salted Caramel Pretzel Cheesecake Balls are a quick dessert idea that delivers creamy cheesecake filling, buttery caramel, and crunchy salty pretzels in every bite. This easy no-bake recipe is perfect for holiday trays, party food ideas, make-ahead dessert boards, and sweet snack cravings when you want an easy recipe that feels special without much effort.

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup crushed pretzels, divided

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 cup white chocolate or milk chocolate, melted

1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until completely smooth and creamy.

2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until fully combined.

3. Stir in the caramel sauce, graham cracker crumbs, 3/4 cup of the crushed pretzels, and the melted butter until the mixture forms a thick filling.

4. Cover the bowl and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 45 minutes, or until firm enough to scoop.

5. Scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.

6. Roll each ball in the remaining crushed pretzels and place them on a parchment-lined tray.

7. Drizzle or dip the cheesecake balls with melted white chocolate or milk chocolate.

8. Finish with extra caramel drizzle and a light sprinkle of flaky sea salt.

9. Chill for 20 to 30 minutes before serving so the balls firm up nicely.

Notes

Chill the filling well before rolling so the balls keep their shape and do not stick to your hands too much.

For cleaner coating, chill the rolled balls for 10 minutes before adding melted chocolate and caramel drizzle.

Store them in the refrigerator and add the final flaky sea salt just before serving for the best texture and flavor.
