Ingredients

1 box (3 oz) red Jello

1 box (3 oz) blue Jello

2 packets unflavored gelatin

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

2 ½ cups boiling water

1 cup cold water

8 clear 9-ounce plastic cups


Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, dissolve the red Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.

2. Add ½ cup cold water to the red Jello and mix. Pour ⅓ cup of the red mixture into each of 8 plastic cups. Chill for 1 hour.

3. While red layer sets, sprinkle 2 packets of unflavored gelatin over ½ cup cold water in a separate bowl. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.

4. Add 1 cup boiling water to the gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.

5. Mix in 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and stir until fully incorporated. Let cool to room temperature.

6. Once the red layer is set, pour â…“ cup of the white layer over it. Chill for another 1 hour.

7. Dissolve the blue Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved, then add ½ cup cold water.

8. When the white layer is set, pour â…“ cup of blue Jello over it. Chill for at least 2 hours until fully set.

9. Optional: top with whipped cream or festive sprinkles before serving.

Notes

Make sure each layer is fully set before adding the next to avoid mixing.

Use room-temperature liquid for layering to keep layers smooth and clean.

These can be made 2–3 days in advance and stored in the fridge covered.
