Description

Peanut Marshmallow Clusters are a quick dessert, easy no-bake treat, and one of those sweet food ideas that always disappear fast. Made with chocolate, peanut butter, salty peanuts, and soft marshmallows, this easy recipe is perfect for holiday trays, party snacks, dessert ideas, and homemade candy moments when you want something simple, rich, and crowd-pleasing.

Ingredients

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup butterscotch chips

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

2 cups salted dry roasted peanuts

2 cups mini marshmallows

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet, tray, or large plate with parchment paper or wax paper.

2. Add the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter to a microwave-safe bowl.

3. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each one, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.

4. Stir in the vanilla extract until combined.

5. Fold in the peanuts and mix until they are evenly coated.

6. Let the mixture cool for 3 to 5 minutes so it does not melt the marshmallows too much.

7. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows until they are lightly coated.

8. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared tray.

9. Refrigerate until the clusters are firm and set.

10. Serve chilled or store in an airtight container.

Notes

Let the melted mixture cool slightly before adding the marshmallows so they stay soft and do not disappear into the chocolate.

Use parchment paper or wax paper for easy cleanup and neat cluster removal.

Store the clusters in the refrigerator if your kitchen is warm so they stay firm and fresh.
