Ingredients
36 Oreo cookies
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
12 oz Cool Whip, thawed
Instructions
1. Place all the Oreos in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. Or use a sealed bag and rolling pin.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk pudding mix with milk until thick, about 2–3 minutes.
4. Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture. Then fold in the Cool Whip.
5. In a 9×13-inch dish, layer half of the crushed Oreos. Spread the cream mixture over the top.
6. Top with the remaining Oreos.
7. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve cold.
Notes
For best results, let the cake chill overnight before serving.
You can swap in any Oreo flavor—mint, golden, peanut butter.
For individual servings, layer into clear cups or small jars.
