Description

These High-Protein Cheesecake Jars are creamy, tangy, sweet, and perfect when you want an easy recipe that feels like dessert but works for a quick breakfast, healthy snack, meal prep treat, or light dessert. Made with Greek yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla protein powder, berries, and a buttery graham crumb layer, these no-bake cheesecake jars are simple food ideas for busy days, breakfast ideas, snack prep, and high-protein dessert cravings.

Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

2 tablespoons melted butter

8 ounces softened cream cheese

1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup fresh berries

2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips optional

Instructions

1. Stir the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together until the crumbs are evenly moistened.

2. Divide the crumb mixture between 4 jars and press it down lightly.

3. Beat the softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and creamy.

4. Add the Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.

5. Taste the filling and adjust sweetness if needed. Add a small splash of milk only if the mixture is too thick.

6. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the crumb layer in each jar.

7. Top with fresh berries and optional mini chocolate chips.

8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Use a protein powder you already enjoy because its flavor will come through in the filling.

For the smoothest texture, make sure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing.

Add crunchy toppings right before serving if you want them to stay crisp.
