Ingredients
4 lobster tails
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
1. Use kitchen shears to cut down the center of the shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the tail. Pull the meat out and rest it on top of the shell.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and salt. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.
3. Place lobster tails on a broiler-safe pan. Brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
4. Broil on high for 8–10 minutes, until the meat is opaque and slightly golden. Remove and baste again with the butter sauce.
5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
Use cold water lobster tails for sweeter, more tender meat.
Don’t skip the lemon—it balances the richness of the butter.
Watch closely under the broiler to avoid overcooking.
