450g fresh okra
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garam masala
2 cloves garlic minced
Instructions
1. Wash and dry the okra thoroughly, then slice into 1/2-inch pieces.
2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add turmeric, cumin, and coriander powder to the hot oil and stir for 30 seconds.
