Whether you’re looking for an easy dinner bake, crowd-pleasing brunch dish, or warm lunch idea, this Reuben Crescent Bake delivers flavor and satisfaction every time.

Ingredients

2 packages refrigerated crescent dough

8 slices deli corned beef

8 slices Swiss cheese

1 cup sauerkraut, well drained and patted dry

1/3 cup Thousand Island dressing

1 tablespoon melted butter

1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13″ baking dish. Unroll one crescent sheet into the dish and press seams to form a solid base.

2. Spread Thousand Island dressing evenly over the dough.

3. Layer corned beef, followed by Swiss cheese, then evenly spread the sauerkraut.

4. Top with the second sheet of crescent dough. Press edges to seal.

5. Brush melted butter on top and sprinkle caraway seeds, if using.

6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until top is golden and puffed.

7. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Make sure the sauerkraut is really dry to avoid a soggy crust.

You can swap corned beef with pastrami or even turkey for a twist.

To make ahead, underbake by 2 minutes and reheat in the oven to crisp.
