16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
10 ounces Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the cooked beef to the Crock Pot. Add the cubed Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, Rotel tomatoes (with their juices), and taco seasoning.
3. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
4. Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, stirring every hour, until the cheeses are melted and the dip is smooth.
5. Switch the Crock Pot to the “keep warm” setting and serve the dip hot with tortilla chips, pretzels, or veggies.
Notes
You can substitute ground sausage for beef for extra flavor.
To make it spicier, use hot Rotel or add diced jalapeños.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days; reheat gently before serving.
