Ingredients
6 cups whole milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pinch salt
Instructions
1. Pour the whole milk, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk into your slow cooker. Stir in the vanilla extract.
2. Sprinkle in the milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Add a small pinch of salt.
3. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to help the chocolate melt evenly and prevent sticking.
4. After 2 hours, stir well to ensure everything is fully melted and smooth.
5. Ladle into mugs and serve with your favorite toppings like whipped cream, marshmallows, or peppermint.
6. Keep the crock pot on WARM setting if serving over several hours.
7. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat gently.
Notes
Make sure to stir occasionally while cooking to avoid scorching the bottom.
For a richer flavor, use chopped chocolate bars instead of chocolate chips.
Add toppings only when serving, not during cooking, to avoid melting into the mix.
