Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
4 oz cream cheese softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
2 tbsp ranch dressing (plus more for drizzling)
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar until fully mixed.
3. Flatten each biscuit round using your fingers and place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center.
4. Seal the edges by pinching them together and shape into a ball.
5. Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the baking tray.
6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Remove from oven and drizzle with ranch and extra buffalo sauce.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Keep biscuit dough cold until ready to use to make sealing easier.
Do not overfill or the bombs may burst open during baking.
For crispier bottoms, bake directly on metal tray without silicone liner.
