Ingredients
1 can flaky biscuit dough
1 cup blueberry pie filling
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
1. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle without tearing it.
2. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of blueberry filling into the center.
3. Pinch the edges together tightly to seal and place seam-side down.
4. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
5. Air fry for 7-9 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
6. Remove from air fryer and brush immediately with melted butter.
7. Dust with powdered sugar and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
8. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Chill the blueberry filling slightly before using to prevent leaks.
Use a perforated air fryer liner or lightly grease tray to avoid sticking.
Don’t overfill each dough round to avoid bursting during cooking.
