Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
8 teaspoons Nutella
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Flatten each biscuit round gently with your fingers.
3. Place 1 teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each dough round.
4. Fold edges over the Nutella and pinch to seal completely. Roll into a ball.
5. Place seam-side down on the prepared sheet. Brush each with melted butter.
6. Bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
8. While warm, roll each baked bomb in the cinnamon sugar mix.
9. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey Nutella center!
Notes
Be sure to seal the dough completely to avoid Nutella leaks during baking.
These are best served warm but can be reheated in the oven to restore their texture.
You can swap cinnamon sugar for powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate.
