Ingredients
1 wheel Brie cheese (8 oz)
2–3 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
Cracked black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon fresh thyme or parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place the Brie wheel on a small oven-safe dish or skillet.
3. Drizzle honey over the top and sprinkle with black pepper and herbs.
4. Bake for 12–15 minutes until soft and gooey.
5. Optional: broil for 1–2 minutes for caramelized top.
6. Top with pomegranate seeds and more honey.
7. Serve immediately with crackers, bread, or fruit.
Notes
Let Brie come to room temperature before baking for even melting.
Dry pomegranate seeds slightly to avoid excess juice dilution.
Serve right after baking while the cheese is still warm and flowing.
