1/2 cup red white and blue sprinkles
1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.
3. Fold in the red, white, and blue sprinkles and white chocolate chips (if using).
4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
5. Bake for 9–11 minutes until the edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
6. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Make sure not to overbake—cookies should look slightly underdone in the center.
You can use different sprinkles for other holidays—this base recipe is super versatile.
Let cookies cool completely before storing to maintain their texture.
